At Madison McKoy, we want you to feel confident and excited with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and straightforward.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. There are no restocking fees.

To start a return, please contact us at info@madison-mckoy.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items arrive safely at our centralized processing facility in Asia.

If you prefer an exchange, we are happy to accommodate this just let us know when you contact us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer.
